Appliances on gas or water

We do not disconnect appliances connected to live gas or water lines, such as gas stoves, water heaters and washing machines. Have them disconnected by a licensed professional before our visit.

What a standard job includes

Each trash-out or junk removal includes one mattress or box spring and two tires. Regulated items beyond that are billed as listed below.

Access and authorization

Site access

The client provides clear, safe and legal access to the work area at the scheduled time. If access is delayed or restricted, waiting time or a return trip may be charged.

Authorization for removal

By authorizing service, the client confirms that every item identified for removal is abandoned, unwanted or approved for disposal. Junk Run Bros is not responsible for items discarded in error when the client was not present to confirm the scope.

Pre-existing conditions

We take every precaution to prevent damage. We are not liable for damage to flooring, walls, door frames or other surfaces that are already in poor condition or that obstruct access to the items being removed.

Photos

Our crew photographs the area before and after every job. The photos go on the invoice and are kept as the record of the work.
