Luis spent years working in the junk removal and waste industry across the Wasatch Front before launching Junk Run Bros. What he kept seeing was the same story. Property managers calling company after company, getting “we’ll be there sometime this week,” and watching vacant units sit empty while rent went uncollected. He knew the business could be done better.

At Junk Run Bros, our mission is simple: help property management companies turn units faster and keep communities cleaner with junk removal they can actually count on. We’ve built every service we offer specifically around the needs of multi-family properties, HOAs, and the managers who run them. On a personal note, Luis and Stella have been building this business together from day one. Stella serves as the business manager here at Junk Run Bros. She’s the one making sure every call gets answered, every appointment gets scheduled, and every property manager knows exactly what to expect. Together, they’re raising a blended family of three, including their newest addition, baby Lauro, named after Luis’ late older brother, Lauro Romero. Family is at the center of everything they do, and they bring that same care to every property they serve.
